ARGH!

Tonight, RAGBRAI (Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa) has an overnight stay in the N.L. The theme chosen by our fearless civic leaders? Pirates of the Corridor. We had the local news on tonight as we were making dinner. As a teaser, Bruce Aune said, "When we come back, North Liberty gives RAGBRAI riders a pirate's welcome." To which Ben responds, "A *pirate's* welcome? That can't be good, can it? Pirates *aren't* nice. They pillage, hijack, and kidnap! Are we really proud to offer these people a pirate's welcome?"

He's funny, that one.
