A Sweet, Sassy,and Comforting Pizza

When I lived in Staunton, my friend Rick would invite me over for his speciality - BBQ Chicken Pizza. Every once in a while I find myself craving this pizza in a comfort food sort of way. So last Friday, I made BBQ chicken pizza. Rick is a purist by nature (I've never seen anyone get so angry at the mention of pickles); he would probably not approve of any of the extra stuff I put on my version, but we still enjoyed it - a comforting mix of sweet, salty, and savory.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

1/2 recipe of Honey Wheat Pizza Dough (recipe from BakeSpace)
Leftover Maple Mustard Chicken (recipe from Eating Well)
BBQ Sauce (Rick swears by KC Masterpiece Original; We used Famous Dave's Rich & Sassy)
One Vidalia onion, sliced and sauteed
Sliced Black Olives
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

I roll out the crust and bake it by itself for 7-8 minutes at 450 degrees. Then I topped the crust with the sauce, the onions, the chicken, the olives, and the cheeses. I returned it to the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
