Joanne posted this video on her Facebook page last week, and I made this same comment there. Yet after a week of reading students' drafts, I feel it's worth repeating.
This clip from the brilliant BBC comedy The Vicar of Dibley is one of my favorites. But what shocks me these days is that I can follow Alice perfectly. In fact, I think her clarity rivals that of some of my students. And that, my friends, is what makes me such a good introduction to literature teacher.

She is clearly the best actress ever. The fact that she can make it through that whole thing without dying of laughter illustrates her chops. If I could actually find Dibley and live there, I would!
