Fresh Cherry Sorbet

My newest experiment with the ice cream maker (and latest attempt to use up last year's produce) is a fresh cherry sorbet. The recipe was David Lebovitz via The Cosmic Cowgirl.

Gary also gives this a big thumbs up. Should that be a new feature? Gary rating my cooking on some sort of Taco John's-worthy scale?
