Inspiration Friday

In lieu of creating a post today, I thought I would direct you to this wonderful site: Hello! Self. Emily is a celebration coach, and in addition to offering a fine podcast and lovely celebration ideas, she posts daily affirmations. I find these affirmations particularly helpful on mornings when I'm trying to get my brain to stop zooming in a thousand directions and get to the task at hand. Take today's, for example: "Each moment, beauty reveals itself." How could that not speak to my soul?
